The Dallas Zoo animals are still recovering from last month’s Zoo To Do. Even though the lions were the “mane” attraction for many, the giraffes loved being hand-fed lettuce by guests. But the humans are already announcing plans for the 2024 fundraiser.
To head up the event will be that fundraising power team of animal-lovers Mary McDermott Cook and her daughter Grace Cook.
While the Cook(ie)s are still brainstorming plans (i.e., theme, committees, chefs, auctions, entertainment, etc.) for the event, they have settled on the date: Saturday, November 2.
