Sandwiched between its recent two-in-one-day fashion shows and its black tie gala on Saturday, December 4, the Crystal Charity Ball committee of 100 women is charging ahead with plans for its 2023 fundraising for Dallas County children’s non-profits.
2022 CCB Chair Susan Farris has just announced that the 2023 chair will be longtime volunteer Angie Kadesky, who has chaired the Callier Cares Luncheon, Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas’ Women of Distinction Luncheon and Equest Women’s Auxiliary Luncheon and Fashion Show, as well as serving as president of the Equest Women’s Auxiliary. She has also been the underwriting chair for Cattle Baron’s Ball and the Celebration Women Luncheon. As a member of the Junior League of Dallas, she has been a member of the JLD board and its ball’s underwriting chair.
Since joining CCB 11 years ago, Angie has chaired various committees including underwriting, silent auction, ball reservations, ball arrangements, ball portfolio and post-ball arrangements.
According to Susan, “Angie’s wide range of experience in the Dallas community, her proven fundraising skills, intellect, generous and kind spirit and commitment to this organization will ensure the continued success of Crystal Charity Ball.”
During Susan’s tenure, Angie will serve as chair-elect.
